Lucavra's email-service provider processes and stores email on Lucavra's behalf. That covers both messages you send directly to a Lucavra address and the automated notifications generated when the website form is submitted, which contain the information you entered. In either case the provider may process message content, sender and recipient addresses, attachments, and ordinary mail-delivery metadata as necessary to provide the service.
